On November 8th, zWORKS hosted 1 Million Cups – a national program created by the Kauffman Foundation to educate, connect and engage local entrepreneurs. 1MC has chapters in over 140 cities and our local Indy chapter launched in April 2017. They usually meet on Wednesday mornings at the SpeakEasy in BroadRipple every Wednesday at 8am, but occasionally take field trips like the one to zWORKS.

Two zWORKS startups pitched their businesses at the event. Will Dantzler of Rofori Corporation presented their new cyber security software, DefCon Cyber, and Noah Rahimzadeh, co-founder of SafeKeeping, introduced their app that helps families monitor health and wellness of their loved ones in medical facilities.
